Never received product, emailed company twice with NO response!

Please check your email from June 10 at 3:32 PM. We reached out with a question: would you prefer a refund, or would you like to wait until the product is back in stock? Since the manufacturer couldn't provide us with a time frame, we sent you another email on June 11 at 2:09 PM with details and a discount code for your next purchase as an apology for the inconvenience. We also processed a refund at that time.
