Most orders exceeding $49.99 in the continental United States qualify for free shipping, unless expedited options are selected.
Free ground shipping may take up to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that the dates provided at checkout are estimates. (Free Shipping is not applicable to rentals, products delivered via freight, or items fulfilled by select third parties.)
Kindly note that free shipping is not applicable to Contour, Graham Field, Endure, or Vive products.
MedSupplyCart does not facilitate shipping beyond the borders of the US and Canada. Customers choosing to ship outside these covered territories assume responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping.
Important Shipping Notes:
- Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped the following Monday.
- Shipping status notifications will be sent via email. Therefore, it is crucial to provide a valid email address during checkout.
- Order processing times may extend up to a week for certain products.
When placing an order, shipping and delivery date estimates will be provided based on item availability and selected shipping options. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the chosen shipping provider.
Additionally, please be aware that shipping rates for our items are weight-based. The weight of each item is indicated on its detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
