Refund, Returns, Cancelation & Replacement
Return Period: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with the receipt and original packaging.
Refund Process:
- A 20% returns processing fee and shipping charge will be deducted from the original cost.
- Refund for the difference will be issued.
- The company will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to their error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- A restocking fee will be charged for any cancellation after a label is created for an order.
- No returns accepted for hygienic items.
- Used or opened hygienic items will not be accepted and will be treated as a biohazard. No refund will be issued.
- Customers need to contact the company with their order number and details of the product to initiate a return.
- Specific instructions for returning items will be provided.
- Returns should be sent to the Returns Department at MedicalSupplyCart.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.
- Credit will be received within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
- Provide the order number when returning an item or sending a machine for repair.
- Units exposed to smoke will not be repaired or replaced.

Kindly note that cancellations cannot be processed via email, chat, or ticket.
REPLACEMENTIf you would like to replace the item, you must first return the defective product.
Once the defective product is returned to the warehouse and confirmed by our team that it was not used, we will send you a replacement.
