Prescription policy
In adherence to FDA regulations, a prescription is mandatory for all purchases and rentals of CPAP and BiLevel Machines, as well as Oxygen Concentrators. You can submit your prescription by:

HOW CAN I OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION?
Prescriptions can be issued by licensed professionals, including MDs (Medical Doctors), PCPs (Primary Care Physicians), Psychiatrists, Dentists, Doctors of Osteopathy, Physician's Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, or Naturopathic Physicians.
WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN MY PRESCRIPTION
Prescriptions should be on a doctor's prescription pad, doctor’s office letterhead, printed or electronic prescription form. They must include your doctor's signature, their contact information, your full name, and a description of the prescribed therapy.
DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW PRESCRIPTION FOR EVERY ORDER?
There is no need to resubmit it each time. Once we have your prescription on file, it will be retained for all future orders. If your prescription details have changed, kindly update your account or provide us with the new prescription.
IMPORTANT: A prescription or accompanying documentation must be submitted and approved by MedSupplyCart before an order is deemed complete, and the equipment is supplied to the customer.
